Never able to grow Hydrocotyle (pegaga) submerse indoor or outdoor. I guess not suitable for low tech tank. But it could be also what I have with me is not even Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides.
I end up growing them emersed and they spread quite fast. Or maybe this is a different species that are not aquatic?
